Coordinated journeys, step by step

A trip is a series of steps: a flight or a train, an arrival, luggage, a car journey. KeyLink links those steps and coordinates the greeters and chauffeurs who handle them, so you don't have to coordinate each provider yourself.

A single service covers one step: a meet and greet at the airport, or a car journey. A KeyLink journey links several steps, and the people who handle them.

KeyLink services can be combined in the same booking where the app supports it.

In practice:

  1. Book the KeyLink services for your journey in the app, for example meet and greet with a chauffeur in the same booking.

  2. Know who's looking after you in advance: you'll get their contact details the day before, depending on the service.

  3. Relevant travel information is tracked: your flight for airport pick-ups, your Eurostar for meet and greet at Gare du Nord and St Pancras.

  4. Your greeter hands you over directly to your chauffeur: your journey continues without you having to coordinate anyone.

  5. Your chauffeur takes you to your destination: direct transfer or chauffeur by the hour, depending on the service booked.

London–Paris: our signature journey

Chauffeur in London → greeter at St Pancras → Eurostar → greeter at Gare du Nord → chauffeur in Paris. In either direction.

The KeyLink services on this journey — both chauffeurs and both greeters — are booked in a single booking.

Airport to Paris

Meet and greet → chauffeur → your destination.

  • CDG and Orly: your greeter accompanies you on arrival, then hands you over directly to your chauffeur. At CDG, your flight is tracked; at Orly, relevant flight information is monitored to coordinate the journey. There's no extra charge solely because your flight is delayed.
  • Le Bourget: for private and business aviation, KeyLink provides a chauffeur service only.

Station to Paris

Greeter → chauffeur → your destination.

Your greeter meets you at the station and hands you over directly to your chauffeur.

At Gare du Nord, your Eurostar is tracked in real time, and there's no extra charge solely because it's delayed.

Across France

KeyLink can also arrange transfers from or to other cities in France.

What coordination means

  • A direct handover from your greeter to your chauffeur: your journey continues without you having to coordinate anyone.
  • Tracking suited to the context: your flight for airport pick-ups, your Eurostar for meet and greet at Gare du Nord and St Pancras.
  • Delay rules specific to each context: no extra charge solely because your flight is delayed for airport pick-ups; no extra charge solely because your Eurostar is delayed for meet and greet at Gare du Nord and St Pancras.
  • A journey set up in advance: luggage, child seats matched to each child's age, declared special luggage, up to 5 stops on a transfer.
  • A chauffeur who can remain at your disposal if this option is booked.

Where mandatory checks or formalities apply to your journey, your greeters accompany you through them, never around them.

FAQ

What is a KeyLink journey?

Several steps of your trip linked together — greeter, chauffeur, airport, station, connection — with coordination between the people involved.

How is it different from a single service?

A single service covers one step. In a journey, KeyLink coordinates the move from one step to the next, such as the handover from your greeter to your chauffeur.

Can I book meet and greet and a chauffeur together?

Yes, in the same booking. Your greeter hands you over directly to your chauffeur.

Can I book the whole London–Paris journey in one go?

Yes: the KeyLink services on the journey — both chauffeurs and both greeters — are booked in a single booking.

Do you handle connections between Orly and CDG?

Yes: a greeter at the first airport, a chauffeur transfer, then a greeter at the second.

What happens if there's a delay?

It depends on the context. For airport pick-ups, relevant flight information is monitored and there's no extra charge solely because it's delayed. For meet and greet at Gare du Nord and St Pancras, your Eurostar is tracked and there's no extra charge solely because it's delayed.

Do you offer meet and greet at Le Bourget?

No. At Le Bourget, KeyLink provides a chauffeur service only.

Can the chauffeur stay with me?

Your chauffeur can remain at your disposal if this option is booked.
