Five airports, five different journeys
London doesn’t have one airport but five, spread all around the city. The drive into town is nothing alike from one to the next, and the chauffeur doesn’t wait in the same place. For each one, the app offers a fixed price to central London (Inner London); beyond that, the price is based on distance.
| Airport | Code | What to know |
|---|---|---|
| Heathrow | LHR | West. London’s largest airport, with four terminals: tell us yours. |
| Gatwick | LGW | South. Two terminals, North and South; many European flights. |
| London City | LCY | East, in the Docklands. The closest to the centre and to Canary Wharf, popular for business travel. |
| Stansted | STN | North-east. European flights, often early in the morning or late at night. |
| Luton | LTN | North. European flights and business aviation. |
Flight times that don’t wait for you
The first departures from Stansted or Luton leave before the city’s trains are running at full pace, and the last flights land when trains are thin on the ground. That is often where a chauffeur makes the difference: you are picked up at your door at the right time, with your luggage, and no changes.
Your chauffeur follows your flight
We track your flight. If it lands early or late, the pick-up time moves with it, without you having to call. No extra charge is applied just because the flight is delayed.
On arrival: name sign in the hall, or a greeter
Your chauffeur waits in the arrivals hall with a sign bearing your name. They help with your luggage and take you to the vehicle. You receive their details the day before your journey.
The greeter: someone to welcome you inside the airport
For a first visit to London, an elderly parent or a client you don’t want hunting for their car: book a greeter. They welcome you inside the airport, help with your luggage and walk you to your chauffeur. The service is booked in the app with your transfer.
What to include in your booking
- Your flight number and terminal, if you know it.
- The number of passengers and bags, including child seats.
- The destination address, with the postcode.
- The name to put on the sign.
St Pancras: when your Eurostar arrives
At St Pancras International, passport checks have already taken place in Paris: you step off the train and walk straight out. Your chauffeur waits at the station exit and drives you to your London address.
With Meet & Greet, a greeter waits at your seat, on the train, helps with your luggage and walks you to your chauffeur. When leaving London, they meet you at the main entrance on Pancras Road, by the wooden doors, with Fast Track included.
Your train is tracked in real time: a late Eurostar costs you nothing extra.
Paris–London: by Eurostar or all the way by car
Two ways to do it, depending on what suits you.
By Eurostar, à la carte
A chauffeur to Gare du Nord, a greeter in Paris and London if you want one, then a chauffeur at St Pancras to your address. You only book the services you need. KeyLink doesn’t sell Eurostar tickets: you keep your own.
All the way by car, through the tunnel or by ferry
Your chauffeur collects you at your door in Paris, crosses the Channel with you through the tunnel or by ferry, and drops you at your address in London. Same car, same chauffeur, no luggage to carry between trains.
It is the right choice for a family with lots of luggage, professional equipment, several passengers to collect from different addresses, a pet, or a traveller who would rather avoid stations altogether.
Border checks take place on the French side, before boarding. European travellers also need an electronic travel authorisation (ETA) to enter the United Kingdom. This journey is booked on quote in the app: give us your addresses, the date and your preferred crossing.
Chauffeur by the hour in London
A day of meetings between the City and Mayfair, an evening at the theatre, a sightseeing programme: the chauffeur and car stay with you for the time booked, and wait for you between each stop.
- Minimum: 3 hours, then by the hour.
- Overtime: 15 minutes’ grace, after which every hour started is charged.
- Programme: list your stops in the booking; they can change along the way.
The price: in euros, charges included
You see your price in the app before you book. It is shown in euros, as for all our journeys, and it doesn’t change once the booking is confirmed, unless you change the journey.
London’s charges are included
Driving in London costs more than fuel: airport drop-off charges, the central Congestion Charge, the Ultra Low Emission Zone (ULEZ), parking while waiting. All of this is included in the price: nothing to pay on the spot, and no amounts to check, which change regularly.
What makes the price vary
- the journey: fixed price between an airport or St Pancras and central London, distance-based beyond;
- the vehicle you choose;
- the time: 10% at night (10 pm – 8 am), 10% on Sundays and English bank holidays, 20% at most;
- added services, such as a greeter.
Vehicles
| Vehicle | Passengers | Bags |
|---|---|---|
| E-Class or similar | Up to 3 | Up to 3 |
| S-Class or similar | Up to 3 | Up to 3 |
| V-Class or similar | Up to 7 | Up to 8 |
Beyond that, we provide two vehicles, then a quote for groups. On board: wifi, chargers and water. Child seats are provided according to the child’s age: tell us when booking. Our London chauffeurs speak English.
Booking and cancelling

- Chauffeur details: sent the day before the journey.
- For professionals: hotels, concierge services and executive assistants have a dedicated space to book on behalf of their clients and follow each journey.
