At a glance

  • The service: a private chauffeur in Monaco for transfers from Nice Côte d’Azur Airport, Monaco–Monte-Carlo station and Port Hercule, trips between districts, and the Nice–Monaco helicopter booked together with the road transfer, in a single booking.
  • The difference: a local team dedicated to the principality, with chauffeurs and vehicles on site and detailed knowledge of access: closed streets, authorised drop-off points, car parks where you can actually wait.
  • The price: each leg is priced separately in the app. For a complete trip or a chauffeur by the day, quote on request.
  • In the vehicle: name-sign welcome, flight or train tracking, professional chauffeur. No Fast Track, no dedicated porter: we don’t promise what we don’t do.
  • When to book: as early as possible during events. During the Grand Prix, Monaco’s roads work differently.

Your journeys in Monaco

Monaco covers two square kilometres, yet you enter it through four very different doors: a busy airport hall, an underground station, a harbour quay, a seaside helipad. A chauffeur who knows the principality knows which door you’re coming through and where the car can really stop.

Nice Côte d’Azur Airport

The entry point for most stays. The chauffeur waits in the arrivals hall of your terminal, name sign in hand, tracks your flight and reaches Monaco by the A8 or the corniche roads depending on traffic. Hotel vehicle entrances are not all in the same place, and some palaces require a drop-off at a specific door.

Monaco station

Monaco–Monte-Carlo station is underground, beneath Place Sainte-Dévote. The “Parvis Sainte-Dévote” exit leads to steps behind the church. For a step-free welcome, we meet you on the “Pont Sainte-Dévote” side, where the Avenue d’Alsace car park lifts bring you back to street level.

Port Hercule

Cruise calls, regattas, private yachts: the port is organised around Quai Rainier III and the breakwater. Quay access is limited to authorised vehicles, so we agree the meeting point with you before arrival and provide a vehicle suited to cruise luggage.

Monaco heliport

The heliport is in Fontvieille, by the sea, a few minutes from Monte-Carlo. Flights from Nice Airport land here, and this is where our helicopter service begins, described below.

The Nice–Monaco helicopter, with the road transfer

The helicopter is now a KeyLink service, not an option to piece together yourself. One booking covers all three stages of the journey:

  • Pick-up at Nice Airport: the chauffeur waits in the arrivals hall, name sign in hand, then drives you to the helicopter terminal at Nice airport.
  • The flight to Fontvieille heliport: we book your seat, at the time agreed together.
  • Drop-off in Monaco: a chauffeur waits as you leave the heliport and drops you at your address: a Monte-Carlo hotel, the Casino, Port Hercule, a residence in Fontvieille or Larvotto.

One booking, one contact, two vehicles and a flight in sequence. This is exactly where such journeys go wrong when pieced together: a flight bought separately, a chauffeur without the real time, and the schedule slips.

To be precise about our role: we are not an air carrier. Flights are operated by a specialist aviation partner; KeyLink coordinates everything, booking, road transfer and welcome at the heliport, and remains your point of contact. The conditions (flight times, luggage allowance, weather rules, price) are written in the quote before payment.

  • Nice to Monaco: the full sequence above, useful when the A8 is congested or you’d rather not arrive by road.
  • Monaco to Nice: the reverse is booked the same way, with pick-up at your address and drop-off at your departure terminal.

Already booked a flight? Coordination alone is still possible: send us the flight details and we’ll arrange the cars before and after.

Transfers from Nice Côte d’Azur Airport

A Nice–Monaco transfer starts well before you leave the plane. When booking, you give your flight number, number of passengers and bags, and exact address in Monaco. On the day, the chauffeur adjusts to the actual landing time.

  • Name sign in the arrivals hall, Terminals 1 and 2.
  • The chauffeur’s number, sent before pick-up, so you can reach each other if the hall is crowded or a bag is missing.
  • Help loading suitcases, pushchairs and sports equipment.
  • Choice of route: the A8 for reliability, the lower or middle corniche when the motorway is jammed. The chauffeur decides as you set off.

The return Monaco–airport trip is booked with pick-up at your hotel, even for a very early flight. Fast Track is not included, and luggage help is limited to the chauffeur: there is no dedicated porter.

Monaco’s districts

Five districts, five ways to arrive by car. This is where local experience shows most.

Monte-Carlo

Place du Casino, Avenue de Monte-Carlo, Boulevard des Moulins, Opéra Garnier. Traffic is dense and drop-off is often a few metres from the entrance. For dinner or an evening at the Casino, plan a chauffeur by the hour rather than a one-way trip: taxis are scarce at closing time.

Fontvieille

The principality’s flat district, reclaimed from the sea: Stade Louis II, the heliport, Avenue des Papalins. Easy access, wide car parks, no steps: the best choice with lots of luggage or a person with reduced mobility.

Larvotto

Avenue Princesse Grace, Larvotto beach, Grimaldi Forum. Drop-off is along the avenue, a few steps from entrances. In July and August, a precise time beats improvising.

La Condamine

Rue Grimaldi, the Condamine market, Quai Antoine-Ier. Narrow streets, one-way systems, scarce parking: the chauffeur drops you as close as possible and waits elsewhere.

Monaco-Ville

The Rock, with the Prince’s Palace and the cathedral. Traffic is restricted: we don’t promise a drop-off in front of the Palace. The chauffeur drops you by the Pêcheurs car park and public lifts, and walks you to the pedestrian access.

Monaco to Nice, Cannes and Saint-Tropez

Monaco is a base, not an end point. We cover return trips to Nice (Promenade des Anglais, Old Nice, Nice-Ville station), Cannes (the Croisette, the Palais des Festivals, Cannes-Mandelieu) and Saint-Tropez.

  • A business meeting in Nice or Sophia Antipolis, with a chauffeur waiting between appointments.
  • Dinner in Cannes, with a late return to Monte-Carlo: the chauffeur stays on site.
  • A day in Saint-Tropez, by motorway then the peninsula. In summer, leaving early is what makes the day enjoyable.

Events and seasons

Monaco Grand Prix. The 2027 edition is announced for Thursday 3 to Sunday 6 June. The circuit closes part of the road network, access is filtered, hotels are full. Book early and tell us where you’ll be (hotel, private balcony, box): we’ll set a drop-off that is genuinely accessible.

Rolex Monte-Carlo Masters. 3 to 11 April 2027, at the Monte-Carlo Country Club, on the Roquebrune-Cap-Martin side. Hotel–tournament then tournament–dinner shuttles are the typical use for a chauffeur by the day.

Monaco Red Cross Gala. The 77th gala was held on 18 July 2026 at the Salle des Étoiles. Black tie, arrival at the Sporting, late return: an evening when nobody wants to look for a parking space.

The rest of the year: Monaco Yacht Show in late September, the Monte-Carlo Summer Festival, congresses at the Grimaldi Forum. Tell us the type of event when booking: the drop-off differs at the Sporting, the Grimaldi Forum or the port.

Name-sign welcome (meet and greet)

Ours comes down to five steps:

  • 1. The chauffeur tracks your flight or train and sets off at the right time.
  • 2. They wait at the agreed spot, name sign in hand: arrivals hall in Nice, Pont Sainte-Dévote exit at the station, cruise terminal exit at the port.
  • 3. They introduce themselves and take your bags to the vehicle.
  • 4. They settle you in and confirm the destination.
  • 5. They drop you at the exact address when access allows.

Not included: Fast Track, a dedicated porter and most other airport services. We are chauffeurs, not ground handlers. Attention, however, is included: a clean, air-conditioned vehicle, a chauffeur in uniform, smooth driving, absolute discretion.

Chauffeur by the day

In Monaco, a meeting in Fontvieille, lunch in Larvotto, a fitting on Rue Grimaldi, an appointment on the Rock: four trips, four parking searches. With a chauffeur by the day, the chauffeur and vehicle stay with you, you call a few minutes before leaving, and the schedule adapts. We recommend it for:

  • a day of business meetings in the principality;
  • a sightseeing programme with guests;
  • an evening event with a late return;
  • a family arrival with children and luggage.

It is priced on quote, based on the programme you describe.

Vehicles

Recent vehicles, leather interiors, air conditioning, tinted windows, chauffeur in uniform.

  • Saloon: one to three passengers. Right for a solo or couple transfer, and for the narrow streets of La Condamine.
  • Prestige saloon: for an arrival in Monte-Carlo, an event, a guest you’re hosting.
  • Van: four to six passengers with their luggage, for a family, a cruise call or a group.

Give the exact number of suitcases and request child seats in advance. The exact category is confirmed with your booking.

How to book your private chauffeur in Monaco

  • 1. Describe the trip: pick-up, destination, date, time, flight or train number, passengers and bags.
  • 2. See the price of the leg in the KeyLink Global app.
  • 3. Request a quote for a combined trip: several stops, chauffeur by the day, helicopter with road transfer.
  • 4. Confirm: the chauffeur’s details and exact meeting point are sent to you before pick-up.

For a heliport arrival or a Grand Prix Sunday, don’t book at the last minute: accessible drop-off slots are limited, demand is not.

Frequently asked questions

How much does a private chauffeur in Monaco cost?

The price depends on the leg, vehicle category and time. Each leg is priced separately in the KeyLink Global app. For a complete trip with several stops or a chauffeur by the day, we provide a quote on request.

How does a Nice Airport to Monaco transfer work?

You enter your flight number and destination address in Monaco. The chauffeur tracks your landing, waits in the arrivals hall with a sign bearing your name, walks you to the vehicle and drops you at the agreed address. The return Monaco–airport trip is booked the same way, with pick-up at your hotel.

Where will my chauffeur meet me at Nice Airport?

In the arrivals hall of the terminal where you land, name sign in hand, at Terminal 1 as at Terminal 2. The chauffeur’s number is sent to you before pick-up, so you can reach each other if the hall is crowded.

Can a VTC drive in every district of Monaco?

Yes for Monte-Carlo, Fontvieille, Larvotto, La Condamine and Port Hercule, sometimes with a drop-off a few metres from the entrance. Monaco-Ville is the exception: traffic on the Rock is restricted, so we drop you as close as possible.

Can you drive up to the Rock?

Access to the Rock is regulated and, depending on the period, reserved for certain categories of vehicle. We don’t promise a drop-off in front of the Palace: the chauffeur drops you as close as possible, by the Pêcheurs car park and public lifts, and walks you to the pedestrian access.

Should I book in advance for the Monaco Grand Prix?

Yes. During the Grand Prix, the circuit closes part of the road network, residents’ access is filtered and hotels are full. Booking early lets us set a drop-off point that is genuinely accessible and, if needed, a chauffeur for the whole day.

Do you offer helicopter flights between Nice and Monaco?

Yes. We book the flight together with the road transfer, in a single booking: a chauffeur picks you up at Nice Côte d’Azur Airport, you fly to Fontvieille heliport, then a chauffeur drops you at your address in Monaco. Flights are operated by a specialist aviation partner: KeyLink coordinates the booking, road transfer and welcome at the heliport, without operating the helicopter itself. The price and conditions (flight times, luggage, weather) are set out in the quote. Monaco to Nice is booked the same way.

Do you cover Monaco–Nice, Monaco–Cannes and Monaco–Saint-Tropez?

Yes, both ways, including a dinner in Cannes or a day in Saint-Tropez with a late return.

Are Fast Track and a porter included?

No. The name-sign welcome and help loading your luggage are included; priority security lanes and a dedicated porter are not.

Can I keep the chauffeur and vehicle for several hours?

Yes, by the hour or by the day: business meetings, shopping, sightseeing, an evening out. The schedule is set when you book and the service is priced on quote.
