Your greeter then accompanies you, within the applicable access limits:
- through the formalities that apply to your flight;
- at baggage reclaim;
- through customs, where applicable.
They help with your luggage throughout. Mandatory checks apply to every traveller: your greeter goes through them with you, never around them.
Handover to your chauffeur
If you've booked a KeyLink chauffeur, your greeter hands you over to them directly. Your chauffeur tracks the same flight, and the handover is coordinated between them.
