Private chauffeur in Nice, from the airport to your hotel
A smooth transfer in Nice comes down to two moments: the one when you walk through the arrivals hall doors and see your name on a sign, and the one when the car pulls away from the kerb. In between, there should be nothing for you to manage.

- Name-sign welcome, Terminals 1 and 2
- Flight tracked in real time
- Monaco, Cannes, Saint-Tropez
At a glance
- Nice Côte d’Azur Airport (NCE): welcome in the arrivals hall, Terminals 1 and 2, flight tracked in real time.
- Nice-Ville station, city-centre hotels, Port Lympia: the same service, at the door.
- A local team in Nice: chauffeurs and vehicles based locally, not a platform dispatching from Paris.
- Monaco (around 30 km), Cannes (under 30 km), Saint-Tropez (around 110 km): the whole Riviera from a single starting point.
- Price in the app, each leg priced separately. For a complete trip (return, several stops, full day), quote on request.
- Neither Fast Track nor porter is included. We’d rather say so here than have you find out on arrival.
The rest of this page follows the real order of a transfer: where you start, how arrival works, where we take you, then how to book. If you only want the price, open the app: it answers better than this page.
Your journeys in Nice: airport, station, hotels and port
Nice is a city you rarely arrive in by car and often leave very early. Four points of arrival, four different logics.
Nice Côte d’Azur Airport (NCE)
Two terminals, two separate buildings, linked by a free shuttle. Your terminal depends on your airline, not your destination: Air France and easyJet operate from T2, British Airways, Lufthansa or Ryanair from T1. Allocations change, so check your ticket (official airline list). Give us your flight number: we position the vehicle in the right place.
Nice-Ville station
At 1 avenue Thiers, right in the centre. TGV from Paris, regional trains to Monaco, Cannes, Antibes, Menton and Italy. There is a drop-off zone on the forecourt (TER Sud). Your chauffeur waits on the platform by your train or on the forecourt on avenue Thiers.
City-centre hotels and the Promenade des Anglais
Nice isn’t built for parking. Old Nice is pedestrianised, central streets are narrow, and several Promenade hotels have no direct vehicle access on the seafront. The chauffeur knows where each hotel’s drop-off is: you step out at the door, not three hundred metres away with your bags.
Port Lympia
The port welcomes cruise calls at Quai Amiral-Infernet and Quai du Commerce; the largest ships sometimes anchor at Villefranche-sur-Mer (Port de Nice). Give us the ship’s name, not just “Nice port”: the landing point won’t be the same.
Transfers from Nice Côte d’Azur Airport (NCE)
An airport transfer booked in advance always unfolds the same way. You land, collect your bags, push through the glass doors, and your name is there.
- 1. The flight is tracked. Early, late or diverted: the chauffeur adjusts to the actual landing time.
- 2. The welcome takes place in the arrivals hall, name sign in hand, after baggage reclaim. The chauffeur helps you to the vehicle.
- 3. The car is already in position. No “I’m in the car park, I’ll be up in ten minutes”.
- 4. Drop-off is at the exact address: hotel, residence, office, villa. If the address is pedestrianised, we tell you when you book.
A useful benchmark: official airport taxis are taken at door A1 at Terminal 1 and door A3 at Terminal 2, and only there (Nice Airport). Your chauffeur waits for you inside, before the doors.
One last point, often forgotten: waiting time. The conditions, time included in the price and how any overrun is handled, are written in your quote. You know where you stand before you board.
Nice to Monaco, Cannes and Saint-Tropez
Monaco, around 30 km
The principality has no commercial airport: you land in Nice and go up by road. Monte-Carlo, Fontvieille, Port Hercule and the Larvotto hotels all have different access points: the chauffeur drops you at the hotel entrance or the agreed point.
Cannes, under 30 km
The Croisette and the Palais des Festivals concentrate the activity, and during major trade shows traffic is restricted. We agree the drop-off and pick-up points when you book, with a number you can call.
Saint-Tropez, around 110 km
The longest journey in our area, and the one where comfort matters most: arrival at the port, at Pampelonne or at a villa, with a week’s luggage. In July and August the road is what it is: you won’t have to drive it.
And beyond
Antibes, Juan-les-Pins, Saint-Paul-de-Vence, Èze, Villefranche-sur-Mer, Grasse, Aix-en-Provence and Marseille on quote. Your return is booked at the same time as the outward trip, with a single contact.
Name-sign welcome (meet and greet)
You don’t look for anyone: we look for you.
- Sign with the client’s name, spelling checked at booking.
- Fixed position: arrivals hall, after baggage reclaim, before the exit doors.
- Help with luggage to the vehicle, then loading into the boot.
- Direct contact: the chauffeur’s number and the meeting point are sent to you before you arrive.
- Also at the station and the port: on the platform at Nice-Ville, at the landing point at Lympia.
- Groups and delegations: several vehicles coordinated on the same flight, with a single point of contact.
What is not included: Fast Track and porter. If you need extra help with luggage or priority assistance, mention it when booking: we’ll tell you what is genuinely possible.
Chauffeur by the day
A transfer takes you from A to B. A chauffeur by the day doesn’t: the chauffeur and vehicle stay with you, and the itinerary is decided as you go.
- A day of meetings. Head office in Monaco in the morning, a business lunch in Cannes, back to Nice in the late afternoon: you work in the car.
- A congress or trade show. Palais des Festivals, Acropolis, Grimaldi Forum: drop-offs and pick-ups follow one after another.
- A day of sightseeing. Èze, Saint-Paul-de-Vence, a Bellet wine estate, Grasse: the chauffeur waits during your visit.
The day is priced on quote, with the itinerary, hours and vehicle. The confirmed quote is the price.
Vehicles
The exact vehicle is confirmed when you book. What you can expect:
| Configuration | For whom | What matters |
|---|---|---|
| Saloon | 1 to 3 passengers | Two to three large suitcases in the boot, quiet cabin, air conditioning |
| Van | Families, groups, delegations | Luggage space, easy access, child seats and boosters on request |
| First class | VIP clients, executives | Top-of-the-range vehicle, discreet chauffeur, by-the-day service available |
Tell us when booking about anything out of the ordinary: pushchairs, golf clubs, skis, instruments, wheelchair, trade-show samples. We send the right vehicle.
How to book
- 1. Open the app and enter your pick-up point: NCE airport (with your flight number), Nice-Ville station, Port Lympia or an address.
- 2. Enter the destination, date, time, number of passengers and bags.
- 3. The price appears for that leg. For a complete trip (return, several stops, by the day), request a quote.
- 4. Confirm: your booking is confirmed, and the meeting point and chauffeur’s contact are sent to you.
- 5. On the day, there’s nothing to chase: the flight is tracked and the chauffeur adjusts.
Book as soon as you have your ticket: early-morning slots and peak season (congresses, trade shows, July and August) fill up first.
A point of vocabulary: in France, a VTC (private hire vehicle) cannot pick up passengers on the street. Prior booking is mandatory and hailing is prohibited (French Ministry of Ecological Transition). Here, we wait for you because you booked.
Frequently asked questions
How much does a Nice airport transfer cost?
The price depends on the destination address, vehicle, number of passengers and bags, time and day. The app shows the price for that leg. For a complete trip (return, several stops, chauffeur by the day), request a quote: it covers each leg and the options, and you receive it before confirming. No surprise extras on the day.
Where will my chauffeur meet me at Nice Côte d’Azur Airport?
In the arrivals hall of your terminal, after baggage reclaim and before the exit doors, with a sign bearing your name. The exact point and the chauffeur’s contact are sent to you before you arrive. Terminal 1 or Terminal 2: give us your flight number and we position the vehicle in the right place.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
We track the flight in real time and the chauffeur adjusts the pick-up time. Waiting conditions, time included in the price and how any overrun is handled, are written in your quote.
VTC or private chauffeur in Nice: what’s the difference?
In regulatory terms, none: a VTC is a chauffeur-driven private hire vehicle that can only pick up passengers with prior booking. The difference lies in the service: dedicated vehicle and chauffeur, name-sign welcome, flight tracking, a single contact.
Do you do Nice to Monaco and Nice to Cannes transfers?
Yes, and the whole Riviera: Monaco, Cannes, Antibes, Juan-les-Pins, Saint-Tropez, Saint-Paul-de-Vence, Èze, Villefranche-sur-Mer, Grasse, Aix-en-Provence and Marseille on quote. Your return is booked at the same time as the outward trip.
Can I book a private chauffeur for the day?
Yes. The chauffeur and vehicle stay with you and the itinerary adapts. It is priced on quote, with the hours and planned itinerary.
Which vehicle for a family or group?
A saloon suits two or three passengers with their luggage; beyond that, a van. Child seats and boosters on request. Mention pushchairs, skis, golf clubs or a wheelchair when booking.
Are Fast Track and porter included?
No, neither. Tell us when booking what help you need with luggage: we’ll tell you what is genuinely possible.
Do you meet passengers at Nice-Ville station and Port Lympia?
Yes. At Nice-Ville, on the platform by your train or on the forecourt on avenue Thiers. At Port Lympia, at the landing point: give us the ship’s name, as large liners sometimes anchor at Villefranche-sur-Mer.
How far in advance should I book?
As soon as you have your ticket or schedule. Early-morning pick-ups and congress, trade-show and summer periods fill up first. A last-minute request is still possible.
